This is the second time we have visited the site of the new Havant Care Home in Hampshire with our drone, to capture footage of ongoing work there for Anavo. Work is progressing well, despite all the rain!

The new state-of-the-art care home in Havant will feature 78 bedrooms, set in beautifully landscaped and accessibly friendly grounds. The H-shaped building incorporates five households in a part two, part three-storey design. The design uses the natural landscape to blend the care home seamlessly into its surroundings, minimising its impact while creating cosy and secure spaces for our residents to enjoy, both indoors and out.
It will be BREEAM Excellent. With solar panels and a lush green roof, Anavo are committed to reducing their carbon footprint and creating a sustainable future, whilst providing the best possible environment for residents. This includes the latest best practise in dementia design.
As you can see in the film below, Havant Care Home is taking shape with the roof nearly on and first fix ahead of programme. Well done guys!
