In May, we installed a new time-lapse camera at Hattersley Trade Park, in Tameside, Greater Manchester, for Maple Grove Developments, part of the Eric Wright Group.
It’s our first time working for Maple Grove Developments and we are very pleased to be on board – thank for choosing Regenology!

Hattersley Trade Park is strategically located on the corner of Ashworth Lane and Stockport Road in Hattersley, Greater Manchester in close proximity to junction 4 of the M67 motorway. The development comprises 31,500 sq ft in units, from 3,000 sq ft, plus an Aldi store, Costa drive thru and a Be.EV charging hub.
The scheme will transform the site, which was formerly one of Manchester’s 1960’s overspill estates and is currently redundant and vacant. Maple Grove Developments are keen to stress the sustainability of the scheme, which aims to achieve a biodiversity net gain of 5% over pre-existing levels. There will be enhanced pedestrian and cycle access, and each unit will have their own dedicated PV panels and dedicated EV charging. There will also be communal EV charging for up to sixteen vehicles.
We can’t wait to see how the site changes over the next few months!
