We are delighted to have worked with Mulalley again, capturing another completed Woodward Road development using our end of project drone and filming service. This fantastic development in Dagenham has created 56 new homes for Be First Regeneration Limited, the urban regeneration arm of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
The development is based on a mews design featuring 56 new homes include 32 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom and 1 three-bedroom flat plus 13 three-bedroom houses. It also included the internal refurbishment of the existing former library and a new build commercial unit shell and core only as part of the works which will be put to future community use.
The new residents will also benefit from renewable energy technologies included within the development that include air source heat pump, meaning that these new homes are gas free.
We attended site to capture drone footage of the development, including key aspects such as the solar panels, then edited all of our footage down to a couple of minutes of film, which the Mullaley team have used to promote the completed development on social media.
