Situated in a tranquil greenfield setting overlooking the Shropshire Union Cancel at the edge of the historical market town of Whitchurch, a new development by specialist care home developer Liberty Care Developments will see the construction of a new 68-bed residential, nursing and dementia care home on land at a 2 acre estate on Wrexham Road. The care home has been designed to provide a quiet, scenic and comfortable setting providing 24-hour care for local elderly residents. It should allow residents from and near the local community in Whitchurch to remain close to their families and communities while recieving the round-the-clock care they need.
The new care home will have a ‘hotel’ feel and provide exceptional facilities to residents. The bespoke design and architecture aims to make the most of the unique setting to ensure the residents benefit from their surroundings, with idyllic views over the Shropshire Union Canal.
