You may have seen in the news that Roberts Bakery have opened a brand new factory in Winsford. At the end of 2023, the 130-year-old family-run firm signed a 15-year lease for a facility at Winsford Industrial Estate. This factory is now complete and home to the bakery’s biscuit manufacturing division, The Little Treats Bakery. Existing plant equipment has been moved to the site, along with the introduction of a fast-track robotic manufacturing system.
Roberts Bakery were keen to record this momentous moment in their history, and we captured the internal fit out of the new factory using our time-lapse cameras. The production line was installed and producing characterful biscuits, giant classics, decorate your own kits and delicious clusters in no time at all!
We returned once the build was complete, to film the inside of the factory and biscuit making in progress, which the company have used to promote their work.
