Stopford Park is a redevelopment scheme in Stockport. We are providing time-lapse on the site, using three time-lapse cameras overlooking the Royal George Village site on Greek Street. These are capturing the transformation of the area for the developer, Cityheart.
Cityheart acquired the 442-home Royal George Village site in December 2023 as part of it’s continuing commitment to the transformation of Stockport town centre. The redevelopment scheme is being supported by Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC) and is part of the 130-acre regeneration district Town Centre West.
The project will create 442 apartments both for sale and rent, private gardens for residents and collaborative co-working space for local businesses. Public realm and civic space will also be created.
Cityheart asked us to put together a short progress film using the time-lapse footage collected to date. The project has not yet been completed, but they have already started to sell the apartments, and this film helped to promote the project on social media. We hope you enjoy watching the progress so far!
