Nautilus House at Mariners’ Park is complete! Set in a 16 acre estate in Wallasey, with views of the River Mersey and the iconic Liverpool waterfront, Mariners’ Park is a unique place to live, where retired seafarers and their dependants can live alongside those who have also experienced a life at sea. The park recently built Nautilus House, a combined modern residential and office complex with views over the River Mersey, to increase their offering to residents. We captured the build process with our time-lapse camera!
Nautilus House officially opened in April 2025 and completes the 149 properties that make up the residential community at the Mariners’ Park Estate, run by the Nautilus Welfare Fund. These include avenues with a variety of independent living apartments, bungalows, and houses, all designed with the needs of older residents in mind.
