Regenology Ltd. have been appointed by LIFE Build Solutions Limited to record the construction of a new residential building on Roehampton Lane. Our time-lapse camera has been onsite since the start of the year, capturing the work as it progresses.
The three-story, concrete-framed residential building is being built for the Society of the Sacred Heart. The design team includes architects Bate and Taylor, quantity surveyors and project managers Quanta Associates, and structural engineers Parker Wilson. The Roehampton Lane development will feature eight apartments, two guest rooms, and communal spaces, including a prayer room and a solarium. This £5.4 million project also encompasses external landscaping and drainage works. Work started in early 2025 and is expected to take approximately 62 weeks.
As you can see from the images below, good progress is already being made during the first six months on site and the building is taking shape – and the weather seems to be improving too!
