Phoenix 10 – project update

Two of our solar powered time-lapse cameras are capturing work on one of the Black Country’s largest regeneration projects, Phoenix 10 in Walsall. This is the site of the former James Bridge Copper Works; a 44-acre brownfield site that had been disused for two decades before remediation work began in March 2022. Our cameras have been recording all of the action since then, and we have been providing regular update time-lapse films showing the progress of work on site.

Remediation is expected to conclude in 2024, with construction beginning shortly afterwards. Once completed, Phoenix 10 will provide 620,000 sq. ft. of high-quality employment space and around 1,000 jobs. Read more about the Phoenix 10 project at www.phoenix10walsall.co.uk.
