Regeneration of homes in Moreton-in-Marsh

Bromford recently completed the regeneration of 24 properties in Stockwells, Moreton-in-Marsh, replacing the old non-traditional Cornish properties with 28 modern, energy efficient homes.

Non-traditionally built homes are not made with a conventional brick or timber frame structure and typically have a poor energy efficiency rating, which means they are extremely expensive to heat and run. Replacing these buildings with brand new, energy efficient homes is good for both the residents and the environment. The new homes were built in a factory and transported to the site in modules, with the first arriving on site in February 2023. The homes were completed in March 2024.
