Developed in direct response to the growing shortage of construction and automotive skills within the Wyre Forest and wider Worcestershire region, the new Construction and Automotive Green Technology Centre at Kidderminster College will place green technology and sustainability at its heart, through modern methods of construction and skills training to accommodate the rapid rise in electric and hybrid vehicles. Gemini Property is the owner and developer of the site, and they designed and built the new centre for the College, who have entered into a long-term lease for the building. They asked us to capture the build with time-lapse, and we are both very pleased with the results!

Kidderminster College is currently inviting potential students to view the new building, and people will be starting to study there later in 2024.
Going forward, Gemini Property have plans to develop the rest of the Kidderminster site as well, and we look forward to working with them to record the changes. Watch this space!
