Marple Grove Developments, in partnership with Onward Homes, are on site with a mixed use project, Hattersley Trade Park, in Tameside. This trade park development comprises 31,500 sq ft in units, from 3,000 sq ft, plus an Aldi store, Costa drive thru and a Be.EV charging hub.
The site, which was formerly one of Manchester’s 1960’s overspill estates is currently redundant and vacant, and the scheme will transform the area. The project represents an investment of £13M in the area and will create over 100 permanent new jobs.
We have a time-lapse camera onsite, capturing all of the action as work progresses, and we are pleased to be working with this new client on the project. We can’t wait to see how the site changes over the next few months!
