Cartrefi Conwy have started work on a new social housing development in Pensarn, Abergele in North Wales. The development will offer affordable homes for people in housing need. It will create a new, highly attractive neighbourhood on the outskirts of Abergele, comprising of 128 affordable 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.
