London Embassy Gardens

“The architectural style is distinctive, with apartments standing amongst landscaped public squares, parks and spectacular gardens.”

Embassy Gardens is at the centre of Nine Elms, a central London Neighbourhood in the London Borough of Battersea. With the US and the Dutch embassies both relocating to Battersea Borough and the regeneration of Battersea Power Station, this area is becoming a key development of central London.

Embassy Gardens has a land area of 241,568sq m and phase 1 is 23 storeys high, the development includes 1750 residential homes, 20,000 square metres of office space and 12,077sq m of retail space. Embassy Gardens is still under construction, but with phase two well under way, the completion is not far off!

Ballymore’s development has some fantastic facilities, including:

  • A large linear car park.
  • The EG:LE private residents club
  • An indoor and outdoor pool
  • Gym, spa, health club and yoga studio
  • Library
  • Cinema

Regenology have had a fixed camera just off site, to capture phase 1 of the fast moving development on Time-Lapse. We also made visits to the site every month to capture the details of the work. One of our team went to site to set up 5 cameras capturing the real detail of the build for a day. The two-year phase 1 development was completed towards the end of 2015 and we are delighted to be able to bring you our film so you can see how phase 1 of Ballymore’s Embassy Gardens was created in just under 3 and a half minutes!

Get in touch now to hear about our time-lapse and film production services, we’d love to hear about any projects have coming up and see how we can help!
